|Entering and Exiting the Building||Somerset House has multiple entrances. You have 24-hour access to your office, but please let security know if you are working unusual hours, working after 21.00 or working over the weekend. Please also advise them when you leave by emailing email@example.com
|Passes||All residents are issued with a pass to access specific non-public areas of the building. These passes are signed out to the individual only and should never be leant to anyone, including colleagues. If you misplace or forget your pass, contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to notify them and sign out an interim day-pass.
|Guests||Guests are welcome. All residents are responsible for their guests, particularly when visiting the pass-only areas of the building. Please do not lend passes to any guests. If a pass is required, contact your pass administrator to authorise.
|Resident Responsibility||Residents play a key role in ensuring Somerset House remains a safe and secure place to work and visit. When passes are allocated to residents, they are taking on responsibility to ensure that only authorised persons are given access to private areas of the building and that their work is compliant with Health and Safety regulations related to the Grade listing of the building.
Residents are ambassadors of Somerset House and its community and are expected to act with respect and understanding toward visitors, other residents and staff working contractually for Somerset House Trust. Please share the Workplace Behaviours campaign with your colleagues. If you don't recognise someone near your office or workspace, please ask to see their pass.
If you notice anything suspicious around Somerset House, or have any safety concerns, please contact email@example.com immediately on extension 2222 or 0207 420 9439. Please save this number on your mobile phones.
